The second floor of this refurbished residential space houses weekend gear, like original tees and beachwear, vintage fabric bags, and funky terry cloth backpacks.

But where this boutique really makes the grade is on the third floor at the Genius Lounge, a sake bar serving up over 50 varieties, plus signature cocktails like house-made sangria and a full menu of nibbles around $10 each. You can get anything from tuna tartare to mini filet mignon with wasabi or loco moco deep fried and served with a demi glace.
