Brand new Kaneohe home

It’s relatively rare to find new construction in Windward Oahu, but here’s a home that was just completed. There are still a couple of finishing touches to be made, but it’s pretty much done. (Click here for more details.)

Everything has that “new house” smell, with granite counters, cherry wood cabinets, laminate wood flooring and porcelain tile. There are also new LG appliances with stainless steel finishes.

The two-story, 2,029-square-foot home was designed facing the Koolau mountain range, to take advantage of the view.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a half bathroom next to the laundry room. The master bedroom has a landing area that can be used as an office or den, but has the option to be closed off to make the room a full master suite.

The lot is 5,851 square feet, and the listing is actually a CPR. The home is located on the back lot, but has its own driveway and security gate, which lead to the spacious two-car garage.

This is a good chance to get into Kaneohe (which is rarely available), and a new home to boot.

Money talk: $792,000 fee simple
