One of the four Royal Court penthouses recently came on the market (click here for details), giving us a rare glimpse at the unique units there. The penthouse we visited features a dramatic, nautilus-like staircase-yes, it's got two floors-and a private, 1,075-square-foot garden lanai with a koi pond.

The unit itself is spacious, with 2,055 square feet of living area, three bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. The kitchen appliances are European, very sleek and functional. There's even a steam sauna in the unit.
