Last week, an older home on Luawai St. got listed—the third in just a few months—and was the hot property to see for broker’s open. What is it about Luawai St. that’s so desirable?

“It seems like any home for sale in Kaimuki is pretty hot,” he adds. “Everyone wants to live here, but you would need to buy an older home to afford it.”
