Condo 101

This educational event is geared toward condo owners. Learn about condo covenant enforcement, selecting the right insurance, effective condo meetings, the nonjudicial foreclosure process and more on April 13 at the State Capitol Auditorium. The event starts at 9 a.m., with registration opening at 8:30 a.m., and is sponsored by the Hawai‘i Real Estate Commission.

First-Time Homebuyer Workshop

Hawai‘i HomeOwnership Center hosts an orientation to learn more about its services for first-time homebuyers. The next weekend orientation event is Saturday, April 20 from 1 to 2 p.m. Topics include the benefits of owning a home and what it takes to join the program.

Develop Development Skills

On May 9, Eddie Flores, founder of L&L Drive Inn and the Eddie Flores Real Estate School, hosts the Flores Real Estate Lecture Series at Wai‘alae Country Club. The event will feature speaker Christine Camp, president and CEO of real estate business Avalon Group. The event starts at 6 p.m.
