Witches, goblins and masked villains unite this Halloween during the 2009 Hallowbaloo street festival in the Chinatown arts district. It’s five hours of free, live entertainment on three stages, featuring artists such as Blitzen Trapper, Anders Osborne, Ursula 1000, Ernie Cruz Jr. and more. Take a break from jamming and enjoy drinks and pupu from the nearby watering holes. All you need to do is dig out your fangs and black cloak from your closet, apply some white makeup and get ready to party in the dark. Visit www.hallowbaloo.com.
