Be on the lookout for Vespas, Lambrettas, Stellas and other mod scooters on the weekend of Oct. 13 through 15, when the second annual LUAU-A-GO-GO HAWAIIAN-STYLE SCOOTER RALLY rolls around O‘ahu. Hosted by the No Ka Oi Scooter Club, the rally will include live music, a beach bonfire and, true to the event title, a lu‘au.
