Local fashion designer Andy South ruled the Runway with his boundary-breaking silhouettes. Now, he’s applying the same ingenuity to his new line of have-to-have handbags. Crafted out of linen, cotton and supple lambskin, the debut collection includes a chic flap-front clutch and two oversize carryalls.
