Hear Panic! At the Disco Cover Some of Our Favorite Hawaiian Songs

Brendon Urie sang along with Keali‘i Reichel, Hapa and Bruddah Iz in a recent streaming session online.

One of the most popular rock artists in the world just covered some iconic Hawai‘i songs and we are here for it.

In a recent session on the streaming platform Twitch, singer Brendon Urie of chart-topping rock band Panic! At the Disco sang along with songs by Keali‘i Reichel, Hapa and Israel Kamakawiwo‘ole. Urie, who’s part Hawaiian, hasn’t performed in the Islands since 2009 when he played a solo acoustic set at the Waikīkī Shell as part of Band Camp VII. Sounds to us like it’s time to come back. Check out the video above to listen. (Note: Urie uses some explicit language in the clip.)
