So ... 2017. What a year. Still, no matter how surreal the world seems to get, there’s still a lot to celebrate here in Honolulu. This is one of our favorite features of the year, that time when we all get to go out and do some heavy-duty “research” on all the best food, fun, shopping and entertainment around town.  From the best pizza to the best Korean plate lunch to the best deluxe movie experience, we tried it all. Put this issue in your car as a reference guide, and then, next month, Aug. 5, join us at the Civic Center grounds near Honolulu Hale for the Best of Honolulu Festival, to try a bunch of these Bests in person!
