Tango's Scotch Dinner

Tango Contemporary Cafe features scotch master Tom Turner pairing dishes by chef Goran Streng for its Third Tuesday at Tango dinner.

Next Tuesday, October 19th at 5:30 p.m., Tango welcomes one of the 13 scotch masters in the world for this special edition of their monthly pairing dinner.

Here is a look at chef Goran's four-course menu with the scotch pairings:

Oban 14 year scotch

First course

Day Boat Scallop wrapped in Spinach and Scottish Smoked Salmon
Smoked Trout Roe Butter with Chives
Paired with Oban 14 Year West Highlands

Second course

Roasted Rosemary crusted Rack of Lamb
with Yorkshire Pudding
Paired with Talisker 10 Year Isle of Skye

Third course

Stilton Cheese with Port Wine Poached Pear
Carmelized Walnuts
Paired with Cragganmore 12 Year Speyside

Fourth course

English Blueberry Trifle
Paired with Cardhu 12 Year Speyside

The four-course menu, with the scotch pairings is available for $57 (plus tax and gratuity).

This dinner sells out frequently, so make your reservations as soon as possible.
