Roy's Extends Its Aloha to Haiti

Roy Yamaguchi and the staff of Roy's Hawaii Kai are stepping up and extending their aloha to the victims of the earthquake in Haiti.

Due to the popularity of the first event scheduled for Friday, January 22 (SOLD OUT), Roy's Hawaii Kai will be hosting a second dinner on Sunday, January 24, 2010 at 5:30 p.m.

The event will be held in the private dining room at Roy's Hawaii Kai and it is limited to 80 guests. Reservations are required and all proceeds from event will be given to the American Red Cross.

Extending Aloha to Haiti will include a four-course dinner featuring chef Roy Yamaguchi's humble interpretation of traditionally prepared Haitian Cuisine.

All proceeds of the dinner will go directly towars the relief efforts that are so desperately needed.

This dinner will be different as the price of the dinner will be what you can afford. Roy wants people to give what they can to make a difference. As Yamaguchi says, "We don't want to preclude people from participating in this event. We want people to give because it is the right thing to do."

Roy's Hawaii Kai asks that all guests bring a check made out to the American Red Cross (with a notation of Haiti Relief).

Please call (808) 396-7697 for reservations.
