Dancers from the Gee Yung International Martial Arts Dragon and Lion Dance Association practice for this month’s Chinese New Year celebrations. Gee Yung’s more than 60 dancers will be snaking through Chinatown on the weekend of February 16 and 17 along with five other lion dance clubs, banging drums and devouring lettuce from the doors of local businesses, to usher in the Year of the Boar.
