Ugly Christmas Sweater Skate Party

Friday, December 20, 7 to 10 p.m.

If you haven’t been to the convention center’s Winter Wishes ice rink yet, now’s the time. Grab your friends and your best ugly Christmas sweaters and skate the night away with live entertainment by DJ Compose and DJ Anit. Fun fact: National Ugly Christmas Sweater Day (yes, this is apparently a thing) is the third Friday in December. Mark your calendars for next year.

Thursday, December 19, to Saturday, December 21, 6:30 and 9 p.m.

Yes, Grammy Award winner Macy Gray is still on a roll. The R&B singer, known for the hit “I Try,” has recorded 10 albums since the start of her singing career two decades ago. See her up close and personal from the premium seats or the cozy loge or bar. Doors open at 5 p.m. for the 6:30 shows and at 8:30 p.m. for the 9 shows.

Ilima-Lei Macfarlane, aka the “Ilimanator,” returns home to duke it out against her No. 1 competitor, Kate Jackson, for the Bellator women’s Flyweight World Title. The duo will headline the Bellator MMA and will be preceded by the quarterfinal matchup for the Bellator’s Featherweight World Grand Prix pitting A.J. McKee against Derek Campos.
