Designer Kristel Bandisch is bringing her newest creations over from Maui, like 18k gold-tipped shark tooth earrings and sunrise shell rings, but in extremely limited quantities (just two or three pieces per style). What: Get fired up for the Honolulu Firefighters Foundation’s 3rd Annual Signature Chefs Food Festival. Sample offerings from some of Hawaii’s top restaurants, like Chai’s Island Bistro, 12th Avenue Grill and beachhouse at the moana; plates by Culinary Institute of the Pacific and Farrington High School students; and firehouse favorites prepared by some of the department’s very own firefighters. All proceeds go straight back to the Foundation’s community programs.
