Dash to Dine
What: You flipped over the slow-cooked flavor of their gourmet Big Island beef burgers. But you'll need to speed up for a shot at EAT Catering & Cafe's intimate dinner. The special five-course EATnPrivate event is limited to the first 10 lucky diners to sign up. We're already getting a rush from Chef David Passanisi's one-night-only menu (revealed this morning) which includes crispy skin weke with a banana blossom, fresh water chestnut and hearts of palm salad and char siu prawns with crispy pork belly, sesame ferns and a coconut vinegar glaze.
When: Reservations are accepted now for tomorrow's dinner, 7 p.m.
