What: This month, Honolulu Night Market is celebrating Earth Day with a focus on sustainability and healthy living. The night's fashion show, styled by Summer Style Hawaii, features exotic flower and foilage hair designs and stage decor by Paiko and swimwear by San Lorenzo, Kaimana Beachwear, S.tory Standards, and Red Carter. Vendors in the Pinch of Salt warehouse include:
 

• Basique Threads – Hawaii debut of Royal Rabbit's soft graphic tees as seen on Pretty Little Liars, with 15 percent off new items, markdowns up to 50 percent off, and $10 and $20 racks.
• ByChari – new spring/summer collection and $15 sale on Zoe rings.
• Chief Hawaii – upcycled highwaisted shorts, maxi skirts and overalls, denim vests and jackets, screen-printed bamboo tops and hoodies and URAD by Chief "Towny" and "Country" kids T-shirts.

What: Check out the debut of Honolulu's newest pop-up restaurant, Fork in the Road. Four chefs (Nico Chaize, Greg Moad, and Kaleo Chong of Nico's at Pier 38, and Genius Lounge's Jan Nagasako) will prepare six tantalizing courses, including konbu-cured hamachi carpaccio, pan-seared scallops with yuzu cream, braised pork cheek with bacon cauliflower puree, and chocolate bread pudding with homemade coconut marshmallows.
When: Wednesday with three seatings at 6 p.m., 6:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

What: New offerings abound in two Chinatown boutiques. Owens & Co. just added a breezy apparel section (right) filled with sheer, hand-dyed Osei-Duro drawstring tunics, comfy and colorful geometric maze-patterned shift dresses by Australian-based Mister Zimi, and, our favorite, gauzy Ace & Jig tanks with grey and neon orange yarn-dye stripes. Down the block, Roberta Oaks rolled out crisply tailored women's aloha shirts with tabbed sleeves in fun, playful prints ($95 each, sneak a peek here).
