You decide which restaurants are recognized as the best in Hawaii.Everyone who votes will have a chance to win dinner for two at the 2010 Restaurant of the Year! OFFICIAL RULES 1. One ballot per person, either by submitting official hard copy or online. 2. Online submission is open to all HONOLULU Magazine readers and web site users. 3. When submitting a ballot, you must provide your contact information to validate the ballot. 4. Hard copy ballots will appear in the August issue of HONOLULU. You may write in for a ballot using the instructions below. 5. Duplicate entries will be deleted. 6. Photocopies and faxed entries will not be accepted. 7. Entries must be received by August 31, 2009 (postmarked by August 29, 2009). 8. PacificBasin Communications is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries. 9. No purchase necessary. 10. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older. 11. Employees of PacificBasin Communications, AIO LLC and its affiliates or Awards sponsors and their immediate household members are ineligible to win the dinner for two prize. 12. Ballot entrants may be contacted by our editors for more information. 13. Balloting and giveaway is conducted and awarded solely by PacificBasin Communications; contest and awards sponsors are not party to it. 14. A random drawing will be conducted from all qualified entries to determine winners. 15. Winners do not need to be present to win. 16. Winners will be notified at the address listed on their ballot. 17. Ballots are non-transferable. 18. All prizes will be awarded. No cash substitutes. 19. Some restrictions may apply. 20. All federal, state, local taxes and license fees are the winners’ responsibility. 21. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, release and indemnity. 22. Winners consent to use his/her name and likeness for promotional purposes by PacificBasin Communications without compensation. 23.
