OFFICIAL RULES:

1. One ballot per person, either by submitting official hard copy or online. 2. Online
submission is eligible for anyone. 3. If submitting online, go to honolulumagazine.com and
enter your contact information to validate ballot. 4. Duplicate entries will be deleted.
5. Photocopies and faxed entries will not be accepted. 6. Entries must be received by
November 30, 2008 (postmarked by November 28, 2008). 7. PacificBasin Communications
is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries. 8. No purchase necessary. 9. Entrants
must be 21 years of age or older. 10. Employees of PacificBasin Communications, AIO LLC
and its affiliates or contest sponsors and their immediate household members are ineligible.
11. Ballot entrants may be contacted by our editors for more information. 12. Balloting and
giveaway is conducted and awarded solely by PacificBasin Communications; sponsors are
not party to it. 13. A random drawing will be conducted from all qualified entries to determine
winners. 14. Winners do not need to be present to win. 15. Winners will be notified
at the address listed on ballot. 16. All prizes will be awarded. No cash substitutes. 17. Some
restrictions may apply. 18. All federal, state, local taxes and license fees are the winners’
responsibility. 19. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, release and
indemnity. 20. Winners consent to use his/her name and likeness for promotional purposes
by PacificBasin Communications without compensation.
