Bring it Home: Great for home or travel, the “Pilates Mat Workout” DVD, created and taught by Health in Harmony’s Jessica Stare, focuses on strengthening your core. The one-hour video is broken into 20-minute segments, so you can go for a full session, or focus just on warm-ups, abs, glutes, or cool downs. Yoga for Beginners
