He fumbled big time with the burgers. And the hot dogs? They’re as leathery as the old pigskin you brought to throw around.

And while he’d never let you intercept his grill duties, when it comes to tailgating, your guy always seems to drop the ball.


Instead of sitting on the sidelines, make a power play to save the day (and meal) with the help of this easy and delicious fresh limu poke recipe courtesy of the Poke Stop’s executive chef Elmer Guzman.

Poke Stop’s Limu Poke

Ingredients:
1 pound fresh ahi
2 oz minced seaweed
2 oz diced yellow onions
1 oz sliced green onions
1 teaspoon inamona (roasted kukui nut paste)
Pinch of Hawaiian salt
Pinch of chili flakes (optional)

Directions:
Dice the ahi into bite-sized cubes. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir thoroughly and enjoy!
