Celebrate your three-day weekend by sampling Chef Hiroshi Fukui’s prix fixe menu featuring seasonal, locally grown ingredients.  The special is only available Sunday and Monday. This weekend is your last chance to try his May offerings, with crispy Kauai shrimp with orzo and a miso cream sauce, pepper-seared ahi with a foie gras ponzu demi sauce, panko-seared mekajiki and island banana mousse with dolce de leche ice cream.
