Spring Flings

The after-Christmas sales buzz is long gone.

Your "I won't buy any more clothes I don't need" resolution is wearing thin -- you're jonesing for a shopping spree to refresh your closet and put a spring back into your step, (and you've been eyeing these amazing new Giuseppe Zanotti strappies).

Hawaii's designers have you covered with their new Spring 2011 collections. The Butik is bringing in 10 of them at its 4th Anniversary Celebration this Saturday, including Florencia Arias' new line, the latest from Kiele jewelry, men's line Lovelessizm, The Organik and others. We scouted out a few that you should make sure you check out. Here's the preview.

Lei ChicFit to be Dyed
Tiare Hawaii

Eyelet and tie dye, oh my. Designer Jane Hoskins unveiled her latest line this week, showcasing her signature style with hand-cut eyelet tanks, strapless colorful maxis, and flirty shorts in muted shades and a pop of pattern. Check out her whole collection, just added to her new website.
What We're Loving: Tiare's new bikini bags made for transporting your wet bikinis. Inspired by her life of travel, the wristlet-sized embroidered bags are lined in vinyl, so you can splash and dash without soaking the rest of your car or the clothes stashed in your beach bag.

Lei Chic New Kids on the Rock
Haute Rock Couture

It's not just a Maui secret anymore. This weekend, the less-than-a-year-old Haute Rock clothing line makes its debut in an Oahu Boutique. The Butik will have new pieces from Jasmine Bustamente & Vrindavan McCandless, including a first showing of their silk retro-print mini dress, along with cowl-back tanks and down-to-nowhere minis.
What We're Loving: Now available online only, Haute Rock jewelry. Bustamente's 18k gold vermeil bangles with freeform-cut stones in aquamarine, amethyst, and all colors of quartz are so striking, you'll have to stack them. Order the one-of-a-kind pieces on HR's new website.

The Butik's 4th Anniversary Celebration is Saturday from 3 - 6 p.m. at 1067 Kapiolani Blvd. Call 808.593.4484 for more information.
