You've probably already heard about the wildly tantalizing flavors that will be offered at this weekend's first-ever Ice Cream Bar&D, like black truffle soft serve with McDonald's french fries. You've probably also heard that seating is limited. Very limited. Here's what you don't know: walk-ins will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis roughly 45 minutes after each seating, depending on supply.
When: Saturday, two seatings at 2 and 4 p.m.
Where: R&D, 691 Auahi St.
Details: $25. Tickets are selling out fast. Click here to buy now.

Turk-ish Delight
You've drooled over the photos, now shop Banana Republic's exclusive capsule collection by designer Trina Turk. Even better, stop by the launch party at Ala Moana Center and use your Banana Republic, Gap or Old Navy card to get $25 off your purchase of $100 or more and score a limited edition Trina Turk bracelet while supplies last.
When: Today, 5-9 p.m.
Where: Banana Republic at Ala Moana Center only.
Details: Sign up for a card in-store to receive the same discount.

Make a Scene
Want to test out a new joke? Try your hand at slam poetry? Find out if your singing sounds just as good outside the shower? At ChadLou's new open mic night, you'll get a working microphone and a (relatively) gentle audience in a casual, coffee house setting.
When: Tomorrow, 5-8 p.m.
Where: ChadLou's, 45 Kihapai St.
Details: Stop by ChadLou's or send an email to sign up.
