His Otto Cakes, which are served in coffee shops and cafes around town, have earned him a sort of cult following. The cake comes in 86 flavors (Otto is the bassist for band The 86 List) including Key Lime, Neapolitan, Chocolate Chocolate Chip and the original, plain New York cheesecake.
