Fat Chance

The real meaning of Fat Tuesday is a blow-out day of indulgence before a 40-day drought of fun.

For you, though, it’s been 46 days of (mostly) keeping your new year’s resolutions. And today, for Fat Tuesday, it’s time to cut loose, blow the diet and…

Well, leave the beads for Bourbon Street. Instead, feast on something seriously decadent. We’ve rounded up a few choices for you here. Diet starts tomorrow!

Lei ChicBanana Pancakes with Mac Nut Sauce

Each sweet bite tastes like a mouthful of gooey, nutty deliciousness with hint of vanilla. Boot and Kimo’s, 151 Hekili Street, Suite 150, 808.263.7929.

Top it all of with your choice of scrumptious sauces, like country buttermilk ranch, spicy sour cream, sweet barbeque, or yummy garlic aioli. Mmmm.
