Image Hopping from boutique to boutique in search of local designer Florencia Arias’ highly sought-after pieces can sometimes feel like a game of capture the flag. One shop may have her slinky tube skirt in a brilliantly colored palm- leaf print, but the only size left is extra, extra small.
