Restaurant Epic – May 2011 update: Epic has stopped its extended happy hour. The specials are now only in effect from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Mon. through Friday.
Grab a $4 beer, mojito, martini, or glass of wine and a plate of calamari or kalua pork spring rolls for under $10. For an Epic indulgence, we’re already thinking about meeting you there for the deep-fried mac n’ cheese bites for $5.

Apartment3 – All night. Open 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.
$5 cocktails, wine and martinis, and $4 draft beers along with discounts throughout the menu. Two things you’ll definitely want to check out: $5 thin-crust pizzas topped with tidbits such as white wine-wilted spinach, house-made sausage or house-cured bressaola, and the bathroom signs (really).

Cha Cha Salsaria – All night. Open until 9 p.m.
$3.25 margaritas and beer, plus free live music all served to your waterfront seat in Hawaii Kai.

Wahoo’s Fish Taco, Kahala – All night. Open until midnight.
The primo deal is $2 Primo beer. There are also $3 drafts and $5 house margaritas to wash down $2 pork, fish, chicken and vegetable tacos served from 5:30 -10 p.m.

Bambutwo – 4 to 8 p.m. Mon. through Fri. Open to 2 a.m.
Technically, the happy hour specials of $3.50 well drinks, $4 beer and $5 glasses of wine expire at 8 p.m. But with $3.50 flavored martinis all day, every day, we’re still smiling. Wednesday also features live music, and $4 red bull and vodkas.

50 percent off all appetizers until 8 p.m. The daily drink specials go until 10 p.m. so you can dance off your happy hour buzz and still get home by midnight.

Island’s Fine Burgers & Drinks – 3 p.m. to closing. Mon. through Fri.
Most never even meander over from Mai Tais, but Island’s offers $4.50 mai tais, $1 off beer and wine, up to 50 percent off pupus and free chips and salsa.

$3 house wines, flavored martinis, Bud Lights and Becks Drafts, and $4 for draft beers. The food discounts are not as deep as half- off appetizers Monday, but you'll still get $2 - $3 off your aloha Friday snacks.

Mai Tai Bar – 4 to 7 p.m., 8 to 11 p.m. every night
So the happy hour prices disappear between 7 and 8 p.m. But with some careful planning and a little drink nursing, you should be okay until the $3 beer, $5 specialty drinks and $4 wine late night prices kick in. Stock up early on the $5 pupus. Those won’t return when the sun goes down.

Ichiriki Loft – All night. Open Sundays until 2 a.m.
$3 beer, house wine and $4 well drinks go along with this spots fascinatingly different but delicious pupu menu. Ichiriki actually offers drink specials all week, including $3 house wine on Wednesdays and 25 percent off cocktails on Thursdays.
