Established in l952, Kailua’s oldest Catholic school offers students from preschool to Grade 8 an academically rigorous, traditional Catholic education focusing on the development of the whole child. Dedicated teachers are committed to each student’s academic, spiritual, emotional and physical growth and encourage students to become responsible and moral citizens.
The St. Anthony educational experience enhanced by a sense of ‘Ohana, features a well-rounded curriculum, including music, art, P.E., Spanish, an enhanced technology program, and a low student-teacher ratio which allows for more individualized learning. The WASC/WCEA certified school also offers opportunities for drama, band, hula and organized athletics and a before and after school care program.
Parents are also encouraged to participate in the St. Anthony community and can stay current thanks to online access to school calendars, homework assignments and grades. “Our goal is to have our students learn to lead with their minds, and serve with their hearts,” says Principal Bridget Olsen.
