Open House: Price-Reduced Kaneohe Townhome

Open House: Price-Reduced Kaneohe Townhome

Outside looking in: An exterior view of the Club View Gardens III townhome.

It’s Friday, which means it’s once again time to talk open houses. This week I’m turning my attention to Kaneohe, more specifically, the Ahuimanu area. This townhouse is located in Club View Gardens III, a quiet community popular with new-home buyers, retirees and military families who appreciate the well-maintained grounds, recreation center and clubhouse, easy access to the H-3 (about a 15-minute drive) and Windward Mall (about five minutes away).

While the townhomes were built in 1976, this particular unit feels fairly modern thanks to a recent renovation that included new wood floors, new paint, an updated kitchen and master bath. The residence has three bedrooms, two baths and three lanai, which look out onto the property’s lush tropical landscape, as well as vaulted ceilings and two parking spaces, all for $438,500.

Maintenance fees are $436 per month, and cover landscaping, termite prevention and building and roof maintenance. An additional $32 per month fee pays for the maintenance of the community recreation center and clubhouse.

Open house: Sunday, Oct. 3, 2 to 5 p.m.
For more information: MLS #1010999.
