Lush Features in Kaneohe

A one-bed, one-bath condo just came on the market in the Puu Alii community in Kaneohe. The unit is a single-story, first floor apartment with over 700 square feet of living space, spacious by Hawaii standards. Tucked away behind Kanoehe Bay shopping center, and across the street from Windward Mall, this property is a little oasis in a bustling town.

What do I love about the unit? First off, its custom kitchen. Built in 1982, the kitchen was extensively updated in 2011, with granite countertops, custom cabinetry and ample storage, maximizing the use of the space.

There is a great little bar that butts up to the kitchen from the patio, allowing the best of both indoor and outdoor living.

I’m also obsessed with the cool little patio in the back of this unit. It’s located right on a koi pond that runs through the whole complex, and features a little waterfall, making you feel like you are in a tropical retreat while sitting in the backyard.

And lastly, there is the convenience factor to this property. It is within walking distance to Windward Mall and downtown Kaneohe, and just a short drive to Pali and Likelike for an easy commute to town.

The complex also features a pool, hot tub, and tennis courts, and the unit comes with a reserved covered parking stall.

There will be an open house for the property Thursday, May 23 from 10:30 to12:30 p.m, and again on Sunday, May 26 from 2 to 5 p.m.
