Open house pick of the week: Wailupe Circle

When you first drive up to this home at 373 Wailupe Circle, you may be fooled by the very simple and compact façade. Until you look inside, you might never know that the four bedroom, three bath, 3,445 square foot home is full of space, space and more space.

Most people seem to be looking for open floor plans, and this home appeals to that mindset. The expansive living room leads out to an open lanai, which leads to a pool and huge yard (the lot is 12,475 square feet). The high ceilings add to the overall feeling of spaciousness by eliminating any visual boundaries under the roof.

The kitchen also opens out to the living area, bordered by a bar for additional counter space. Even with the island in the middle, the kitchen is so large that you could have people doing different tasks at once without getting in anyone’s way.

But wait! There’s more: The master and second bedrooms are also expansive, with room for the bed, furniture, and space left over for … well, maybe more furniture. They’re quite large. (The two additional bedrooms are considered “normal” sized, if there is such a measurement.)

Definitely worth a look this weekend, if you’re looking for elbow room. Happy house hunting!

Money talk: $2,800,000 fee simple
