Open house pick of the week: Diamond Head

Waikiki's Gold Coast, located at the foot of Diamond Head, is host to a handful of luxury condominiums, often popular with affluent local and international buyers. Tropic Seas is one of these prestigious condominiums, more so because it has private ocean and beach access.

Unit 608, which is open this Sunday, is an upgraded corner unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Due to its location, the large lanai overlooks the ocean but is so close, it feels like it's right on top of the water.

The master bedroom also peers out to the ocean and its lanai has connected access to the living room. In fact, the living room, dining room, and kitchen also enjoy direct ocean and winter sunset views.

The 915-square-foot unit has been remodeled with upscale, contemporary elements without looking ostentatious, to reflect the casual Island lifestyle. (Click here for details.)

Happy house hunting!
