Waterfront property in popular Hawaii Kai is always a safe bet, and this townhome at the in-demand Peninsula has a lot of my musts: It’s in the gated section of the Peninsula, which is ideal for safety, it has a marina view and access to the types of amenities that so many of today’s buyers are looking for, including a swimming pool, exercise room and boat dock.
The two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath townhome has several appealing upgrades, including plantation shutters, Pergo tile floors and granite countertops.
