This Week’s Open House Pick: Keola Lai

This Week’s Open House Pick: Keola Lai

Many of the condos at Keola Lai feature open-concept living spaces, lanai and harbor and ocean views.

Last month, I gave you a look at what it’s like to live in popular Keola Lai (see that story here), a Kakaako building with 352 one-, two- and three-bedroom condos listed between the high-$400,000s and $1 million-plus. If the building is on your house-hunting radar, then you’ll want to check out this weekend’s open houses.

Unit 3604 has two bedrooms and two baths with harbor, ocean and sunset views, which you can enjoy from the lanai. Listing price: $695,000.
Unit 3405 is another two-bedroom/two-bath condo, also with direct harbor, ocean and city views. Listing price: $675,000

Open house: Sun., Feb. 13, 2 to 5 p.m.
For information on units 3604 and 3405, contact: Tracy Yamato, Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. 597-5547, tracyy@cbpacific.com.

• Unit 1008 has a two-bedroom, one-bath floorplan with an updated kitchen featuring granite countertops, maple cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. Listing price: $534,000.

Open house: Sun., Feb. 13, 2 to 5 p.m.
