We took a look at five single-family homes on O‘ahu priced at the median price for July 2018—$799,000—to see what the average family home looks like—and what they have in common. Many have three bedrooms and most are situated on small lots of about 5,000 square feet or less. The good news? There are homes at median price spread all across the island.
