Cozy studio near Ala Moana

For a young, single professional, buying your own place may seem particularly daunting especially if you’re looking to live in town. However, there are properties out there that with a little TLC and the willingness to live in a small space would put you in the location you desire.

While it might not be in the most glamorous building, this newly listed studio at Holiday Village in Ala Moana is just $164,500 fee simple. Its location is just a block away from Don Quijote and the Ala Moana Center putting you within easy reach of TheBus routes.
