Toast mom with a sparkling flute of cava, or with one of Mahina & Sun’s new spring cocktails, before enjoying a 4-course menu centered on chef Ed Kenney’s style of elevated home cooking using locally-sourced ingredients. End your brunch on a sweet note with a chocolate ganache tart with shortbread crust, strawberries, and vanilla cream.

 

While brunching and sipping, enjoy listening to the smooth jazz sounds of GINAI, a two-time Na Hoku Hanohano winner, who will be performing on the poolside lanai. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made on OpenTable.com.

 

Note: Ala carte brunch options are also available, featuring breakfast favorites like ulu pancakes or malted waffles.
