Suzette Y. Rudolf Trehern

As a child, Suzette Rudolf Trehern spent a lot of time at her father’s Insurance agency, where her mother also worked. There, she experienced life in the insurance world, observing the caring environment her parents created filled with chatter, laughter and the beginning of lifelong friendships. But Suzette also saw darker moments filled with tears and anger from clients that experienced auto accidents, illnesses, job loss, divorce and the passing of loved ones—all issues that involve insurance. In those moments, Suzette learned the important role of insurance and how critical it is for proper planning, coverage selection, and a trusting and understanding relationship between an agent and client. She was proud of her parents’ concern and commitment to each client. After graduating from the University of Hawai‘i, Suzette worked at her father’s agency for 17 years. In 2009, Suzette opened her own agency in Hawai‘i Kai. She believes she has the knowledge, core values and strong work ethic her parents practiced and instilled in her. She also feels blessed with an amazing team of professional and caring individuals. They are Justin, Susan, Dana and Katie. Suzette shared, “We love our clients. We are committed to them. We treat them how we would want to be treated and we always let them know that we are here to help!”
