Vice President, Real Estate Broker, RB-14022, Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties

In the ever changing and competitive real estate market, Beth Chang continues to be an extraordinary asset to home buyers and sellers. This real estate veteran has a phenomenal career track that spans over 35 years, and has a reputation built on delivering professional, reliable and high-quality customer service.

Beth’s former paralegal skills in researching and being detail-oriented served her well when she first began as a realtor at Bradley Properties, Ltd. in 1981. Those skills combined with her people-oriented personality got Beth promoted to Vice President in 1983, where she spent the next eight years overseeing 15 agents.

A tireless worker, she is consistently among Coldwell Banker’s top producers and was ranked 10th top producer in the Western region for Coldwell Banker Internationally. She has serviced clients with properties ranging from $50,000 to $15,000,000. While she specializes in luxury properties, working with high-profile and influential clients, she gladly assists first-time buyers and sellers and guides them through the process.

Beth’s goal is to provide the highest level of care, expertise and professionalism with every client and each transaction that she is involved in. More than anything, she enjoys the relationships she establishes and maintains with each family, and feels blessed and privileged to help them.
