When chef Alan Wong needs to outfit his restaurant’s kitchen, he goes to Bargreen Ellingson. “It’s a great place for industrial supplies,” he says. Darren Baker, general manager for the local branch, says the store has everything a home kitchen might need, as well. “A lot of people come in here and can get kitchen utensils for a lot less money than they would at a consumer kitchen store.” He adds that Greensburg and Ellingson supplies are also more durable than those found at other kitchen suppliers. 98-107A Kamehameha Highway, Aiea, 486-9400, bargreen.com.
