Brewing more than a dozen beers regularly, Kona Brewing Co. provides its fans with new favorites among its regular selection of ales and lagers. Opening on the Big Island in 1995, the Kona Brewing Co. is the largest brewery in the state and a leader in sustainability, using solar power. For the beer, “we use fresh, tropical ingredients, including Kona coffee, Big Island ginger root and lilikoi,” says Wendy Tucciaroni, who handles public relations for the brewery. In addition to its pubs, you can find this company’s bottled “liquid aloha” at grocery stores islandwide, on the Mainland and in Japan. Available in stores and Kona Brewing Co. pubs,
