Swimming Club for Adults

Swim teams aren’t only for kids or college students any more. “UH Masters Swimming is for people looking for something more than lap swimming, who want to improve their technique or who want to practice for a triathlon,” says assistant coach Jennifer Jackson. Members can practice twice a day, participate in swim meets and even work out in the conditioning room that the UH college swimmers use. Jackson and her fellow coaches also coach the college team, so you know you’re getting a professional workout. “We try to promote a team atmosphere,” she says.
