Our readers voted Bryan Clay as Hawaii’s best athlete, but his actual title might as well be “world’s greatest athlete” after winning gold in the decathlon at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. This measure-of-a-man, two-day competition involves 10 events, in which Clay broke records, all while it was pouring rain.
