Wailoa is a great choice, but a little dive that also serves the "mostly" homeless coffee/styro-cups of broth and formerly dry noodle a couple doors down from Mekong Thai II (toward Zippy's Headquarters) on King St. betw. Kalakaua and McCully makes a cold, smooth, fluffy, generous (syrup to the bottom) shave Ice for just over a buck. Yah, Brah!--TheBC
