How else to deal with the superb, top-notch spread that takes you from sashimi through eggs Benedict through Kobe-style roast baron of beef, crepes plump with ricotta and blueberry (gasp), a design-your-own omelet, a Halekulani popover smeared with poh-a berry preserves—and that’s just getting warmed up.
