Amy Hanaialii Gilliom, Hawaii’s most famous hai (Hawaiian falsetto) singer, is keeping busy this year. She’ll be performing on the 15th of this month at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center, and will also be appearing during the Hawaii Romance Festival in May. In addition, she’s currently finishing a new recording titled Amakua, to be released in late spring or early summer.
