Hokulani Bake Shop

Restaurant Row,

Need a cookie shaped like a golf ball, canoe paddle or dog bone? Call Tushar and Ana Dubey. The Hokulani Bake Shop owners have 650 different shapes of cookie cutters. “We’ve worked with Tiffany & Co., Chanel, Alexander & Baldwin,” notes Tushar. “We can do cookies for any industry or interest. We did F-14 planes for a wedding for two pilots.” The bakery also has an edible printing technique for logos and photos. Another plus? “Everything is baked fresh, never frozen,” he says.
