The Li Hing Margarita at Cassis’s wine bar is the perfect equilibrium of sweet and tangy—consider it an upgrade from those Spree candies. Served straight up, the martini-style cocktail has a glass rimmed with pucker-inducing li hing mui, plus more of the powder added to the margarita itself. “It’s one of our best sellers,” says wine director Collin Darrell.
