Vote for the Year’s Best Architecture

Published:

From now until June 15, the public can vote in the Sixth Annual People’s Award for AIA Honolulu’s Design Awards. The winner will be announced at the awards gala June 26. Just go to aiahonolulu.org to see the 31 projects—it’s a treat to see the best new architecture in Hawaii and have a chance to weigh in.

Speaking of terrific architecture, for our June issue we assembled a panel of architects to name the city’s best buildings, regardless of when they were built. That hits newsstands any moment now, or, for instant gratification, you can buy the issue or subscribe to our digital edition. Meanwhile, we take a closer look at two of the nine best buildings in a video.
